For your character on the main page, upload a screenshot of your character to a image hosting website such as www.imageshack.us and post the image link here. Up to Brad to keep the members page up to date with members who want their picture on the site

Just update every so often, and it's just a big of a chore for them to update the picture as it is for you to put it in on the site. Just update all pictures once lots of people want updating so you can do it all in one go rather than one at a time.
